So here we are again. The day started a little frantic. After waking early and falling back to sleep. I woke to the noise of the bin men (garbage truck for my American friends). I realised of course that my bins were sitting full to the top in my garage. Why every time my husband is away do I never get the bins out on time?
So I was thinking today. I need to change the title of my blog. I feel like I am in an episode of 24. My followers will start wondering if I have found the bomb or whatever Kiefer Sutherland is looking for now.
So what could I title this blog?
1. Who would have thought I would blog!
2. Secret life of a stay at home mum!
3. Blogging at The Barn!
Number 2 sounds great. Probably a little more exciting than my life really is. Well feel free to leave your suggestions for the title. Who knows I may even use it.
So today was good. I received my new sandals. They will be on my website in next few days. Look out for those. I will also place a picture of them on www.facebook.com/theaccessorybarn. These are a little different from my other styles but I have to say I am again really pleased with them.

Day 2
After rushing last night to complete my blog, which I found I actually enjoyed doing although maybe I should have paid more attention in my English classes at school, because I think it would have taken half the time.
I finally got to bed just after midnight, to be woken by thunder and lighting a couple of hours later. Then, of course my little night wanderer came running in saying he didn't like the thunder and who was closely followed by my younger son who at 3am had also been woken by the thunder but thought it was morning! This had the makings of a very bad day ahead.
Morning arrived and I managed to get my orders placed for sandals that I will stock at The Accessory Barn. These sandals are great so comfortable - who would have thought that this time last year I just happened to purchase 2 pairs of these sandals whilst on holiday and it would lead me into setting up a business selling accessories and blogging!
In between all this we even managed to bake two cakes - what a mother? Is there no end to what I can achieve? I do have to own up and say one turned out bad so was thrown away.
Well the day is done and now those little angels are tucked up in bed and my blog is done.

Day 1- What am I thinking?
Well this should be interesting - Today I was catching up on Facebook, when I came across a post from Michele Scism of http://www.decisiveminds.com/. I had joined her fan page a while back. Well Michele wrote about a 30 day blog challenge, which had been created by Jeanette Cates and was starting today.
This is something I have been talking and thinking about for quite a while now. Of course, I never really have done anything about it mainly because I never knew where to start. So after a little investigating and asking questions, I have now taken the plunge into the world of blogging.
Anyone that knows me will tell you all - I LOVE TO TALK! and I have plenty to talk about. Lets hope I can blog as well as I can talk.
So now I am one day down with 29 days to go. I hope over that time I can make my blogs funny and interesting to make you all want to come back for more!
